Yoga for Stress Relief Workshop
Thursdays, January 19 - February 16, 2022
This five week online class series is designed to introduce new beginners and seasoned yoga students alike to the stress relieving benefits of SomaYoga. Together we will exist in the present moment and set our stressors aside for 75 minutes. Join April with I Can Be Yoga in releasing old tension patterns and renewing functional movement in the body. This is a yoga class you can take home with you in order to find more balance in everyday life.
